Kingbirds on the limb

Because birds don’t know better, we have both Eastern and Western Kingbirds to entertain us with their flycatching. The Eastern variety is more curious and approachable, so it took literally years of patience to get a couple of Western Kingbirds to strike photogenic poses. Near Sprague Lake.
